Hospital Reporting System

Problem: Unable to produce new reports from unsupported software.

Solution: Using the IDS Ad Hoc Reporter tool, mission-critical reports were created with no programming using data from the existing system. Users can create new reports and filters as required.

Contact Management System

Problem: Client had many leads, but no simple means to maintain contacts and activity or to send follow-up marketing information.

Solution: Developed a simple, flexible contact maintenance form for novice users with automated emailing and letter printing. New letters can be easily added and integrated into the system as needed.
